In-house Training
- Conducted over 3 days at the organization’s premises or virtually.
- Designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the CII EHS Excellence Framework and its checklist, enabling participants to deep dive into each element to understand intent, expectations, and practical application.
- Facilitates interactive discussions and practical exercises to clarify gaps, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable plans.
- Assists in resource mapping, enabling organizations to allocate responsibilities and plan effectively for EHS system enhancement.
- Serves as an excellent preparatory step for organizations planning to participate in the CII EHS Excellence Awards.
Pre-Awards Gap Assessment
- A comprehensive pre-assessment conducted over 4 Man-days to evaluate the current status of EHS implementation at the organization’s premises.
- Includes discussions with key personnel, verification of on-ground practices, and review of systems, documentation, and performance indicators against the CII EHS Excellence Framework.
- A detailed feedback report is provided highlighting strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement, along with practical recommendations aligned to benchmark standards.
- Helps organizations understand their EHS maturity level, prioritize improvements, and prepare effectively for the Awards assessment, enhancing overall performance, compliance, and sustainability outcomes.
